About Megan “The Facilitator”
Megan started 4CORE after she left a promising career within the Department of Defense. She wanted to support organizations and communities in a bigger way. With her background in private and public industry, Megan wanted to infuse creativity, team-building, resilience, well-being, and leadership development through innovative approaches. Megan also has a wealth of experience as a people connector and relationship builder. She's frequently requested to manage business relationships as well as work her magic with leadership and teams.
Megan develops and leads transformational, virtual, in-person and hybrid workshops, events, and retreats for organizations across the globe to promote innovation, strategy, team- building, resilience, and well-being. As a highly sought after consultant, certified XCHANGE facilitator, well-being/habit coach, speaker, author, and yoga instructor, Megan’s unique approach focuses on play, connection, and inspiration to create interactive environments bringing organizations and communities together. Megan helps busy professionals, leaders, and organizations transform their overall well-being, lifestyle, and culture to fuel productivity and performance, increase engagement and connection leading to personal, professional and organizational success.
Megan speaks on the causes and cure for burnout and leads and creates transformational virtual, in-person & hybrid workshops, events and retreats for organizations across the world to promote team-building, innovation and well-being. Having worked in leadership positions within the Department of Defense supporting high ranking government and military officials and a background working in the Healthcare world, she's able to use her prior experiences to enable culture change, end workplace burnout and create powerful connections among groups. About Jeremy “The Technology Explainer”
Jeremy has more than two decades of experience in engineering and delivering information technology solutions in the public and commercial industry. Jeremy left a storied career in the Department of Defense to bring practical innovation and courage to leverage collective genius for solving organization’s toughest technical challenges. Jeremy wanted to educate organizations on solutions and deliver his passion for explaining technical concepts to executives.
Jeremy approaches problem solving in a semi-structured manner. Considering implemented systems, formal process and business rules, and unstructured intuition, judgement and organization context. A Johns Hopkins alumni with an uninhibited desire to learn, Jeremy applies his approach candidly, thinking out-loud, articulating, and visualizing with the simplest terms to decompose the problem into digestible portions. Jeremy likes to relate everything to good food. :)
As a technologist, Jeremy appreciates organizational uniqueness in tools, infrastructures, and software stacks. In more recent years, cybersecurity has become a central focus for many clients. Decomposing the security concerns of executives, recognizing the core business objectives, it is not uncommon for a discussion around a particular risk, concern, or vulnerability to include technology roadmaps, fiscal constraints, and human capital development. It isn’t always about the technology, and as a Partner of 4CORE LLC, Jeremy realizes people don’t fit into neat boxes like containers in a Kubernetes cluster. We want to work with curious and empathetic people who are just as committed to developing themselves and learning new skills as they are about the success of the organization and its mission.

We help you create the message platform and value proposition for traction, identify and scope pilots, recruit champions far and wide, build momentum and ultimately conquer. There’s nothing worse than putting in all the work and the money to innovate, design, and strategize to then just see all of this go nowhere. That’s where a unique implementation plan and strategy to keep the momentum going and see each innovation come to life and into the users hands is key to making each and every project a success.
From start to finish, we pave the way from initial idea to seeing this in use. The strategy around adopting new technologies or processes is just as important as the initial design phase. What’s the point of creating something if no one’s going to use it? This is why we put user experience high on our priority list during the entire design and innovate stage and especially into implementation. Another area we tackle is the process of sunsetting or removing older technologies when replacement or updated innovations are ready to be brought in. There’s a fine art to this entire process to make it as seamless and practical as possible to alleviate any issues or interruptions to the user.
